Bringing a Fundraising Event Home Through Alumni Storytelling
Rocky Mountain College Foundation needed a creative way to keep its Black Tie Blue Jeans fundraiser meaningful when the event had to shift to an at-home format during COVID. Kinetic produced a three-minute testimonial video built around alumni and students sharing the importance of scholarships and the long-term impact of a Rocky Mountain College education.
The video became a key storytelling asset within a broader seven-day campaign that exceeded its $300,000 fundraising goal, grew Rocky’s social media fan base by nearly 6,500 people, and increased engagement by more than 15,000%. The final piece gave the Foundation a thoughtful way to honor the event, elevate alumni voices, and make a clear case for continued support.
