We structured the shoot to capture authentic perspectives across teams, flying in employees to represent different office locations and disciplines. Merrick often works on confidential projects, so Kinetic tailored its approach specifically to showcase project diversity in B-roll, creatively illustrating the scale of the global engineering firm without compromising confidentiality agreements.
